PR Executive – Event & Communications

About the role

The PR Executive will support the PR manager in planning and executing high‑profile events and communication activities. This role combines event coordination, vendor management, and administrative support to ensure seamless delivery of public‑relation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Collect information, develop event concepts, source vendors, and prepare related documents.
• Coordinate with event agencies, hotels, catering, logistics partners, and other third‑party providers.
• Execute events on‑site, monitor quality, and ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare post‑event review reports and close‑out files.
• Manage daily PR documentation, stock, purchase orders, and payment follow‑ups.
• Maintain effective relationships with internal departments and retail stores.
• Collaborate with the Communications team to implement broader communication activities.

Required profile

• University degree, preferably with foreign study experience or a French major.
• Minimum 3 years of PR or marketing experience in a multinational retail prestige environment or a leading event agency.
• Native Mandarin speaker with fluent oral and written English; French is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
