PR & Communications Manager

About the role

We are seeking a PR & Communications Manager to shape ActAI’s external narrative and raise its profile worldwide. In this hands‑on position you will work directly with the founders and senior leadership to craft compelling stories, secure media coverage, and support all public communications.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global communications strategy aligned with ActAI’s mission.
• Build and maintain relationships with technology, business and mainstream media.
• Write, edit and distribute press releases, announcements, and executive communications.
• Shape company messaging, positioning and product narratives.
• Prepare founders and executives for media interviews, conferences and public appearances.
• Design communication plans for product launches, partnerships and major milestones.
• Monitor media coverage and identify opportunities to strengthen the brand.
• Support crisis communications and reputation management when required.

Required profile

• Proven experience in PR, corporate communications or media relations within technology companies.
• Exceptional writing and editing ability to explain complex products clearly.
• Established relationships with technology and business journalists.
• Experience managing communications for product launches or major announcements.
• Strong judgement, attention to detail and high standards for quality.
• Comfortable working directly with founders and senior leadership in a fast‑moving environment.
