职位概况
博世集团在重庆招聘电力电子系统工程师，负责DC/DC或逆变器系统的需求分析、架构设计及安全性评估，参与系统集成与测试。
主要职责
- 分析客户对DC/DC或逆变器的可行性和可测性需求。
- 依据ASPICE转化并管理内部需求。
- 制定系统架构、功能安全概念及技术安全概念。
- 完成FTA、SFMEA等安全分析。
- 开发系统诊断功能，支持系统集成、测试及客户车辆测试。
- 在开发阶段提供问题解决支持。
任职要求
- 硕士及以上学历，专业为电力电子、电气、机电等。
- 熟悉电动汽车逆变器或DC/DC系统功能安全，了解ISO 26262。
- 掌握ASPICE、功能安全分析方法（FTA、FMEA等）。
- 具备系统工程需求管理工具（Doos、DNG）使用经验。
- 良好的英文读写能力，具备团队合作精神。
