Planning & Logistics Manager

About the role

Reckitt is seeking a Planning & Logistics Manager to lead end‑to‑end planning, warehousing and import‑export operations at its Taicang manufacturing site, supporting global Dettol and Durex supply chains.

Key responsibilities

• Lead integrated planning, warehouse and import‑export teams across three sites.
• Build and maintain KPI systems to drive performance and achieve service and cost targets.
• Support business‑model transformation (toll / non‑toll) and upskill the team for SAP‑driven execution.
• Oversee demand‑management processes between local sites and global markets.
• Partner with the Greater China Manufacturing Director to implement strategic plans and global initiatives.
• Drive logistics improvement projects, waste elimination and process optimisation under WCM principles.
• Coach and develop team talent, manage customs data and import‑export reporting for regulatory compliance.
• Ensure full compliance with HSE, GMP and product‑specific regulations.
• Resolve complex warehouse, logistics and quality issues and handle ad‑hoc leadership assignments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Fluent written and spoken English for global communication.
• Minimum 3 years senior supply‑chain management experience, preferably in FMCG or medical‑device manufacturing.
• Hands‑on experience in production planning, warehouse management, import‑export and supply‑chain system implementation.
• Proven people‑leadership skills with ability to motivate and develop teams.
