Performance Marketing Assistant Manager

About the role

You will define and implement robust paid‑media plans, expand audience reach and collaborate closely with sales and brand activation teams to align media strategies with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Build a holistic view of traffic operations (free, paid, activation) through performance tracking, trend forecasting and KPI setting.
• Develop integrated media plans covering media mix, phasing, target audiences and creative paid‑ads assets.
• Oversee daily media‑agency operations and real‑time optimisation, integrating with ISVs for precise targeting to improve ROI.
• Deliver regular performance analysis, track key KPIs such as traffic acquisition and campaign results, and report findings.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure traffic operations support CS targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, mathematics, statistics, economics or a related field (preferred).
• 5+ years of proven experience in e‑commerce paid‑media management, traffic management and operations.
• Strong data‑analysis and storytelling abilities with a data‑driven attitude.
• Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
• Fast learner, adaptable, can‑do attitude and ability to work under pressure.
• Influence skills to lead media agencies and ensure robust implementation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools such as Excel and PowerPoint.
