Performance Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Performance Manager to own and continuously improve our performance management framework. You will partner with leadership to drive OKR planning, performance analytics and a high‑performance culture across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve the company’s performance management framework.
• Lead company‑wide OKR planning, tracking and quarterly review cycles.
• Design and implement scalable people processes that boost organizational effectiveness.
• Analyze people, performance and operational data to identify trends, measure outcomes and recommend improvements.
• Build dashboards and reports that provide meaningful insights into organizational performance.
• Define business requirements for HR systems, reporting tools and workflow automation.
• Partner with leaders to improve team performance and execution.
• Develop frameworks for performance reviews, calibration, promotions and career development.
• Drive initiatives that strengthen accountability, ownership and a high‑performance culture.
• Ensure company values are embedded throughout employee programs and day‑to‑day operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in People Operations, People Analytics, Organizational Effectiveness, HR Strategy, Business Operations or Management Consulting.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
• Proven experience designing or improving performance management frameworks, OKRs or organizational processes.
• Excellent problem‑solving and structured thinking abilities.
• Ability to write clear business requirements and improve operational workflows.
• Strong project management skills with the capacity to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
