Payable and General Accountant

About the role

Vibracoustic, a global automotive supplier, is seeking a proactive Payable and General Accountant to join its Wuxi site. You will be responsible for processing invoices, managing inventory accounting, and supporting month‑end close in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Process and record raw material invoices accurately in SAP.
• Reconcile consignment inventory and related financial entries.
• Handle overseas vendor invoices, ensuring compliance and timely payments.
• Verify and process packaging, chemical supplies, and operational expense invoices.
• Manage input duty and VAT bookings, including routine verification and reconciliation.
• Oversee fixed‑asset tracking, depreciation verification, and lifecycle documentation.
• Support month‑end closing activities and perform ad‑hoc financial tasks as directed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 3‑5 years of hands‑on accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of local financial laws, tax regulations and accounting standards.
• Valid professional accounting certificate (e.g., Accountant Qualification Certificate).
• Good English communication skills (CET‑4 or equivalent).
• High integrity, attention to detail and problem‑solving mindset.
