Outlet Manager – Restaurant Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Outlet Manager to lead a large‑scale restaurant within our hotel. The successful candidate will act as both Business Manager and Marketing Specialist, ensuring profitable operations while upholding brand standards and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all Food & Beverage activities, aligning them with corporate strategy and hotel policies.
• Ensure associates consistently deliver the brand promise and high‑quality service to guests and internal customers.
• Prepare, update, and maintain departmental operation manuals.
• Conduct regular divisional communication meetings, briefings, and effective departmental meetings.
• Handle guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries courteously, following through to resolution.
• Drive marketing initiatives to promote the outlet and increase profitability.

Required profile

• 5‑6 years of experience as an Outlet Manager or equivalent role in a hospitality setting.
• Proven ability to manage a large‑scale outlet with full P&L responsibility.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and brand standards.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
