Order Handler

About the role

The Order Handler will manage complex, customized product orders, ensuring accurate quotations, timely order processing, and seamless coordination between sales, logistics, and finance. This role supports the company's mission to deliver innovative solutions across energy, food, water, and shipping sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Take over inquiries from sales, prepare and deliver quotations on time.
• Receive, review, and register customer orders in the ERP system, confirming price and delivery dates.
• Coordinate shipping preparation with sales and customers, and assist finance with invoicing after delivery.
• Prepare monthly sales reports, maintain and analyze sales data.
• Handle customer claims promptly and act as the technical specialist for internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Minimum 3 years experience, preferably in foreign‑owned enterprises.
• Strong commercial understanding, cost accounting and financial analysis knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English.
• Conscientious, responsible, and proactive with a strong learning attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Advanced use of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
