职位概况
JCI 招聘暖通空调方向的售后服务销售工程师，面向使用 JCI 设备与系统的客户（含已签或未签保养合同的客户），通过主动拜访、挖掘需求并提供专业解决方案来拓展业务。
主要职责
- 推动暖通空调延伸服务销售，包括零配件更换、维修保养、系统调试等
- 转化潜在客户，提升销售业绩和市场覆盖率
- 了解客户预算、采购计划及设备运行情况，提供常规及增值服务
- 协调运营、技术支持等部门确保服务承诺兑现
- 完成订单跟进、实施、验收、开票收款及客户满意度追踪
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，暖通、自控、机电等相关专业优先
- 三年以上相关行业经验
- 熟悉中央空调、机房系统、水系统、末端空调及控制系统
- 具备顾问式销售经验，时间管理和项目管理能力强
- 责任心强，性格外向，沟通能力强
