职位概况
负责公司内部服务器（Windows Server/Linux）的安装、配置、维护和故障排除，确保系统高可用性，并处理邮件队列及用户需求。
主要职责
- 负责服务器的安装、配置、维护和故障排除。
- 处理邮件队列，及时响应用户问题或需求。
- 使用监控和日志工具发现并协助解决系统与网络问题。
- 在指导下编写和维护 Shell、Python 脚本，实现任务自动化。
- 编写和维护系统文档、操作手册和故障记录。
任职要求
- 信息技术或相关专业本科或以上学历。
- 了解 Linux 操作系统，熟悉常用命令、用户权限、进程管理、文件系统和服务配置。
- 具备网络基础知识，理解 TCP/IP、DNS、HTTP 等常见协议。
- 掌握至少一种脚本编程语言，如 Shell、Python。
- 勤奋踏实，具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神。
- 英语读写顺畅。
- 拥有 RHCE、CCNA 等证书者优先。
