Job description
职位概况
负责安全气囊、安全带、方向盘及安全控制器的整体设计与开发，涵盖设计、试制、试验、试生产及量产全过程。
主要职责
- 在设计、试制、试验、试生产和生产阶段解决相关技术问题并协调部门资源。
- 结合CAE分析及试验评价，确保产品满足性能要求和开发目标。
- 熟悉国内外碰撞法规及商品性要求，开发符合性能要求的安全约束系统。
- 推进新技术研发及量产落地，提升本地化开发和成本竞争力。
任职要求
- 2027届本科或硕士应届毕业生（接受3年以内往届毕业生）。
- 机械工程、车辆工程等相关工学专业，本科及以上学历。
- 本科应届生需具备CET4水平，硕士应届生需具备CET6水平，海外留学生需具备TOPIK 4级或托福、雅思等英语能力。
必备技能
- CAE分析能力
- 安全气囊/安全带/方向盘/安全控制器设计经验
