职位概况
负责规划、组织及实施机构营销培训，提升培训质量并管理培训团队。
主要职责
- 规划、组织月度和年度基础培训、进阶培训及营销员继续教育。
- 授课并完成培训行政工作，管理荣誉讲师队伍。
- 进行培训评估、反馈及整改，维护培训信息记录。
- 负责内部控制、风险识别与报告，配合审计整改。
任职要求
- 大学本科及以上学历，5年以上保险从业经验，其中3年以上管理岗位经验。
- 良好的时间管理能力，能在压力下工作。
- 熟练使用Office，精通PPT。
必备技能
- Office软件操作
- PowerPoint制作与演示
