职位概况
负责多种岗位的全流程招聘工作，运用多渠道主动寻访并评估候选人，协同业务部门完成招聘任务。
主要职责
- 通过招聘网站、社交媒体、内部推荐等渠道寻找并筛选目标候选人。
- 进行简历筛选、电话沟通、面试安排及初步评估。
- 与业务部门负责人合作，理解技术岗位需求，推进面试流程并提供反馈。
- 负责背景调查、录用谈判及入职跟进。
- 开拓并维护招聘渠道，建设技术人才库，参与校园招聘和行业招聘会。
- 记录并分析招聘数据，为策略优化提供支持。
任职要求
- 本科以上学历，人力资源或相关专业。
- 3-5年自动化、制造业相关行业工作经验，优秀应届生亦可。
- 良好的沟通、人际协调及团队协作能力。
- 能够与不同层次的部门人员有效合作。
- 具备良好道德标准和抗压能力。
- 良好的英语听说读写能力。
