职位概况
负责在南京地区推广公司医药产品，重点覆盖肿瘤和血液领域。通过精准客户管理，实现并超越公司制定的业务目标。
主要职责
- 高效执行公司市场部的策略，达成及超越业务目标。
- 对目标客户进行分级管理，合理安排拜访频率，确保准确传递产品信息。
- 独立组织学术幻灯演讲，支持区域内会议/活动推广。
- 实时维护工作相关数据，准确反映市场状态。
- 协助主管完成招标和医保事务，以及部门安排的其他工作任务。
任职要求
- 统招本科及以上学历，学士及以上学位，专业不限（特殊产品需医药背景）。
- 2年及以上医药行业相关工作经验。
- 通过RDPAC组织的MRC测试，成绩不低于80分，并完成公司入职培训、合规培训及考核。
- 具备业务敏锐度、解决问题能力及客户管理能力。
- 优秀的学习、沟通、说服、项目管理和业务规划执行能力。
- 熟练使用Office等办公软件。
