职位概况
在强生公司（Johnson & Johnson）从事医药产品的市场推广与销售，重点覆盖肿瘤和血液领域。
主要职责
- 执行公司市场部的策略，完成并超越销售指标。
- 对目标客户进行分级管理，合理安排拜访频率，确保正确传递产品信息。
- 独立组织幻灯演讲，协助市场部举办区域推广会议。
- 及时维护和更新相关数据，准确反馈市场信息。
- 协助主管完成招标及医保事务。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，取得学士或以上学位。
- 5年以上TOP MNC医药代表经验，具备业务敏锐度、解决问题能力、客户管理能力、沟通与说服能力。
- 能够熟练使用电脑，完成公司规定的培训与考核。
- 试用期内通过RDPAC组织的MRC测试并取得不低于80分的成绩。
- 入职60天内申请获得招商银行公务卡。
