职位概况
负责会员活动现场烹饪、菜单设计及教学，需具备中西餐烹饪、红酒搭配等专业技能。
主要职责
- 现场烹饪并向会员分享商品信息，解答疑问。
- 协助行政总监设计并推行当期菜单。
- 规划并执行每月美食品鉴会及带教培训。
- 带教新员工，独立完成教学任务。
任职要求
- 熟练刀工，切丁大小约1厘米。
- 掌握西餐烹饪技巧，包括炖、烤、炒等。
- 了解蔬菜、碳水、蛋白质及当季肉品的烹饪方法。
- 熟悉牛肉、猪肉部位及海鲜商品知识，掌握对应烹饪方式。
- 掌握门店调味品使用和红酒产地、风味、储存条件。
