职位概况
临床医生团队主管，负责组织开展体检、门诊等临床检查，管理质量安全、设备耗材及纠纷，推动科研与新技术引进。
主要职责
- 医学检查：组织开展包括体检、门诊在内的各类临床检查项目，维护检查秩序，尊重受检者隐私，提供人性化医疗服务。
- 质量安全：督促团队成员履行职责，执行规章制度，监督诊断报告质量，开展医疗安全教育，防止事故差错。
- 设备耗材管理：负责设备日常保养维护并做好记录，管理日常用品、药品请领及使用消耗记录，保持室内整洁卫生。
- 纠纷管理：配合处理投诉解释说明，协助制定科研计划及新技术引进，组织实施并完成年度科研任务，提高学术水平。
- 组织团队成员执行区域检测中心各类临床检查项目，通过规范技术操作和服务标准，不断提升医疗质量和服务满意度。
任职要求
- 统招本科
- 有体检行业管理经验，副主任及以上职称，在大三甲任职过
