职位概况
负责集团财务报告的及时准确，主导合并报表编制并提供多维度经营分析，支持制造、研发、电商等业务的财务需求，确保合规与风险控制。
主要职责
- 编制并输出月度、季度、年度合并报表，覆盖海外子公司。
- 搭建并优化研发、销售、制造、电商等业务模块的会计处理标准。
- 主导年度预算编制及滚动预测，构建适配“研产销+电商”的预算模型。
- 提供制造成本核算、BOM差异分析及降本增效建议。
- 配合内外部审计，建立核心内控流程，防范税务及转移定价风险。
任职要求
- 全日制本科及以上学历，财务管理或会计相关专业。
- 持有中级以上会计师职称，英语六级以上。
- 三年以上大型制造企业或上市公司财务管理或集团合并报表工作经验。
- 职业操守良好，具备较强的领导力和沟通能力。
- 拥有CAP证书或高级会计师职称者优先。
