职位概况

飞利浦健康生活事业群主要产品包括个护小家电，如剃须刀、电动牙刷、冲牙器、吹风机、美容仪等。负责西北地区（含陕西）市场的销售管理、渠道拓展及经销商开发，推动完成销售目标。

主要职责

经销商管理与进货执行，跟进每月进货计划，监控预算费用使用及核销进度。
落实零售促销活动，提供现场支持，评估活动效果并完成报销凭证汇总。
费用管理，严格控制费用和资源，推进A&P/Margin费用核销，收集相关资料。
零售团队培训与指导，提升团队工作质量，建立高效团队。

任职要求

大专及以上学历，8年以上销售管理经验。
具备大型快消/日化/家电品牌方工作背景，熟悉商超或百货渠道，拥有强经销商管理经验。
拥有西北大区（含陕西）市场管理经验，具备较强的市场分析、营销策划和执行能力。
