职位概况
负责针对内外部客户需求开发培训课程，优化现有听力学及产品课程，并提供电商线上销售技巧培训。
主要职责
- 优化现有听力学、产品课程，将专业理论转化为易传播的话术。
- 开发销售话术、竞品分析、听力康复指导等新课程。
- 提供电商线上销售技巧（话术）培训。
- 为O2O、新渠道和线上经销商提供技术支持及培训。
- 对公司客服、运营、主播等进行听力学、产品、验配技能培训。
- 跟踪培训效果，进行满意度调查和能力评估。
- 为内容团队撰写公众号文章，制作并发布视频。
- 负责站内电商/营销文案，包括科普教育、视频或图文文案、详情页优化。
- 对接集团培训部和市场部，完成上级交付的其他任务。
