职位概况

负责临床数字化相关系统的前端开发，参与业务页面、交互组件及前端工程能力建设，协同后端和产品完成业务功能交付。

主要职责

开发业务页面、交互组件，提升系统前端体验。
参与需求分析、技术方案设计，与后端、产品协作完成功能交付。
负责前端代码质量、组件沉淀及工程规范建设。
探索并使用 AI Coding 工具提升研发效率，推动 AI+研发模式。
进行系统优化、问题排查，保障线上稳定性。

任职要求

本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，约3年前端开发经验。
熟悉 Vue3、TypeScript、JavaScript，具备中大型业务系统开发经验。
熟悉前端工程化体系，包括组件化、状态管理、接口联调等。
具备良好的代码质量意识和问题分析能力，能够独立完成业务功能。
有 AI Coding 工具使用经验，能利用 AI 辅助开发和排查问题。
有医疗、医药、临床数字化项目经验者优先。
