Job description
职位概况
负责质量问题发现与改进，制定并更新检验团队质量标准，处理客户反馈，主导8D闭环及供应商质量提升。
主要职责
- 发现并改进质量问题，建立质量标准并持续更新。
- 收集、记录并跟进客户反馈。
- 作为8D协调员，按时完成8D闭环。
- 主导供应商质量问题的改进。
- 组织每周质量会议，跟进质量议题。
任职要求
- 大专以上学历，具备ISO9000质量管理体系审核员认证。
- 10年以上机械制造与装配行业经验，熟悉ISO9000或TS16949。
- 具备制造工艺与技术知识，良好的英语听说读写能力。
- 具备质量管理方法、过程控制及8D、Q7工具使用经验。

- ISO9000、TS16949标准

- Q7质量工具
- Excel数据分析
- Power BI数字化工具（优先）
