职位概况
我们诚聘经验丰富的眼科医生，负责常见眼科疾病的诊断、治疗及手术，提供专业的视力保健与近视防控建议。
主要职责
- 诊断并治疗常见眼科疾病，开展权限范围内的手术。
- 为患者提供视力保健、近视防控及个性化矫正方案。
- 协助资深专家进行诊疗，确保医疗质量。
- 撰写并维护准确完整的医疗文书。
任职要求
- 眼科专业硕士及以上学历，拥有高级职称者优先。
- 熟悉眼科疾病诊断、治疗及手术操作，具备视光门诊及白内障手术助理经验者优先。
- 熟练使用各类眼科检查设备。
- 具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神。
- 具备市场意识和服务意识，能够从患者角度提升服务水平。
