职位概况
负责项目的水电安装技术咨询、方案设计及施工管理，制定进度计划并监督执行，控制工程造价，确保项目顺利交付。
主要职责
- 提供水电安装技术咨询，完成方案设计与施工图审查。
- 编制并跟踪项目进度表，定期检查并调整计划。
- 审查图纸合理性，组织技术方案会审。
- 编制施工费用预结算，监督造价合理性，控制成本。
- 负责项目现场水电安装管理及相关事务。
任职要求
- 给排水、机电等相关专业统招本科及以上学历。
- 5年以上水电安装或相关岗位工作经验，熟悉给排水工作。
- 熟悉国家及地方行业规范、强制性标准及相关法律法规。
- 具备良好的沟通协调能力和现场管理能力。
