Job description
职位概况
负责公司海外市场的数字营销与增长，主导Google、Meta及LinkedIn等平台的广告投放，提升线索获取与转化效率。
主要职责
- 制定并执行海外广告策略，搭建账户、管理预算、优化投放并进行效果复盘。
- 搭建A/B测试体系，围绕素材、受众、关键词等变量持续优化。
- 推动官网流量增长，制定SEO/GEO方向并协同外部代理商落地。
- 分析渠道、国家、产品维度的数据，闭环线索转化并输出市场洞察。
- 与内容、设计、产品及销售团队协作，提升营销内容匹配度。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，5年以上海外数字营销或增长营销经验。
- 熟练操作Google Ads、Meta Ads，具LinkedIn Ads经验者优先。
- 有消费电子、智能硬件、B2B SaaS等行业背景者佳。
- 具备数据分析与A/B测试能力，能够独立制定并落地优化方案。
- 了解SEO/GEO及B2B线索获取全链路，能管理外部资源。
