职位概况
负责宁波地区中小企业客户的融资租赁业务，提供资金解决方案并维护存量资产安全。
主要职责
- 在区域内开展中小客户的开发与集中跑动，提供资金解决方案。
- 推进客户管理，确保存量资产安全。
- 负责客户拜访、商务谈判、合同制作等融资租赁全流程工作。
- 协助日常存量客户的关系维护。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，金融或财务类专业优先。
- 3年以上租赁同业或银行中小企业信贷项目开发经验。
- 具备较强的市场开拓和客户营销能力，拥有良好的沟通策略和谈判技巧。
- 能够承受一定的工作压力。
