职位概况
负责松果在山西省区域的业务落地与商业成功，统筹运营、政府事务及用户满意度，推动业绩增长与品牌建设。
主要职责
- 搭建并完善区域经营体系，实现GMV、利润、市场占有率等商业目标。
- 优化组织结构与运作流程，提升效率、降低成本。
- 培养区域团队，打造廉洁自律的业务铁军。
- 管理资产运营，确保资产使用效率最大化。
- 洞察市场、政府、用户需求，制定并执行区域发展战略。
- 持续经营客户，提升政府及用户满意度。
任职要求
- 全日制本科及以上学历，年龄44岁以下。
- 具备深耕当地房地产多项目总经验者优先。
- 熟悉长链条业务运营及政府事务流程，了解政府审批流程。
- 具备体系化、逻辑化思维及规模企业逆转成功案例。
- 敬业、抗压、具备良好沟通输出能力，认同企业文化价值观。
- 能接受一定频率的出差。
