职位概况
我们正在寻找具备丰富电子行业背景的销售总监（继电器），负责制定并执行销售策略，带领团队实现年度销售目标。
主要职责
- 根据公司年度销售目标，分解并下达各阶段任务至销售团队。
- 维护已有客户，开拓新客户，确保团队完成销售指标。
- 结合产品优势和市场特点，制定并推进可行的销售方案。
- 定期开展市场调研，撰写报告并向研发部门提供需求与行情信息。
- 完成上级交办的其他工作。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，电子或营销相关专业。
- 5年以上同岗位经验，8年以上电子行业经验，拥有丰富的市场渠道。
- 具备继电器产品经验者优先，拥有新能源、家电等行业客户资源者佳。
- 具备出色的市场洞察、执行、谈判及抗压能力。
