职位概况
负责根据项目定位和市场需求制定创新设计方案，并完成施工图设计，提供技术支持，确保项目顺利实施。
主要职责
- 制定创新性设计方案并完成施工图设计工作。
- 在项目实施阶段提供技术支持，解决现场设计变更。
- 对接客户需求，确保方案契合市场和客户期望。
- 协助营销部门进行项目推广及展示空间设计。
- 参与项目竣工验收并评估建筑效果。
任职要求
- 年龄30-40岁，具备5-10年以上同岗位工作经验。
- 有头部设计院、地产开发或施工单位工作经历。
- 具备较强的专业复合能力。
