Job description
职位概况
负责肿瘤门诊患者的接待、分诊及全程护理，独立完成化疗患者的护理服务，确保治疗安全与质量。
主要职责
- 接待并分诊门诊肿瘤患者，提供全程护理。
- 独立执行化疗药物配置、输注及安全防护。
- 协助医生进行静脉输液、PICC维护、采血等操作。
- 监测患者治疗反应，及时处理化疗不良反应。
- 向患者及家属宣教化疗注意事项和居家护理。
- 维护门诊秩序，落实感染防控措施。
任职要求
- 护理专业大专及以上学历，持护士执业资格证。
- 4年以上肿瘤专科门诊或病房护理经验，能独立承担化疗护理。
- 熟悉化疗药物特性、配置流程及不良反应处理。
- 掌握PICC维护、静脉通路管理等技术。
- 服务意识强，粤语流利，具良好沟通与团队协作能力。
