职位概况
负责客房、走廊、布草房及餐具柜的日常清洁与维护，确保客用品补充到位，及时响应客人需求，保持房间设施完好。
主要职责
- 按照标准对客房、走廊、布草房、餐具柜进行清洁。
- 补充客用品，完成客人指定服务。
- 向上级汇报客房损坏、故障及客人遗失物品。
- 记录并提交客房检查报告。
- 处理客人投诉，确保满意度。
任职要求
- 具备良好的沟通能力。
- 具有团队协作精神。
