About the role

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to design and maintain a centralized material database that serves procurement, production and planning teams. The role involves identifying data gaps, providing timely insights and driving a data‑driven culture across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and continuously improve a scalable material database to meet cross‑functional needs.
• Identify and resolve data inconsistencies, silos and gaps, establishing unified data standards.
• Produce weekly and monthly material reports and dashboards, highlighting trends, risks and improvement actions for management.
• Perform master data cleansing, enforce naming conventions and manage data integration with PLM systems (e.g., vendor attributes, lead times, forecasts).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and optimize workflows.
• Automate repetitive data processes, monitor database performance and implement enhancements proactively.
• Provide training and guidance to promote effective use of the database.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years of independently delivering data projects.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work independently and professionally.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Applications.
• Hands‑on experience with Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) for Windows.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Familiarity with Flex PLM or similar integrated database systems.
