职位概况
负责华泰财险广州研发中心核心业务系统的设计与开发，聚焦车险、商险、个险等关键业务模块，提供高质量的技术解决方案。
主要职责
- 开发并维护车险、商险、个险核心作业系统。
- 根据用户需求提供合适的技术方案。
- 参与项目开发，配合项目管理工作。
- 协调用户及外部资源，确保项目顺利进行。
- 完成上级交办的其他任务。
任职要求
- 计算机或相关专业本科以上学历。
- 2年以上技术支持或开发经验，有保险系统建设经验者优先。
- 熟悉关系型数据库（Oracle、PostgreSQL），对数据敏感。
- 熟练使用主流Java开发框架及微服务技术。
- 具备文档写作、沟通协调能力，工作认真负责。
必备技能
- Spring、SpringMVC、SpringBoot、Spring Cloud、MyBatis。
- Nacos、Redis、Kafka等中间件。
- Oracle、PostgreSQL等关系型数据库。
- J2EE B/S网站开发技术。
- AI编码工具（GitHub Copilot、通义灵码、Cursor）及Prompt工程能力。
