职位概况

负责客户现场统筹与协调，确保项目按KPI要求准时交付，充当客户与交付团队的沟通桥梁。

主要职责

统筹客户现场项目实施，协调各方资源。
跟踪项目KPI，保证交付质量与进度。
处理突发情况，维护项目顺利进行。
参与售前调研、成本预估及方案讲解。

任职要求

全日制本科以上，3年以上项目管理经验。
PMP或高级项目管理师等认证优先。
熟悉项目管理流程、具备技术推动和团队管理能力。
良好的沟通、学习及责任感。

必备技能

熟练使用Gitlab、Project等项目管理工具。
熟悉飞书多维表格等协作平台。
