职位概况
我们是一家专注于ToB云计算SaaS模式的智能零售解决方案提供商，业务覆盖全国及海外，现招聘区域培训师，负责区域内销售团队的培训赋能与人才培养。
主要职责
- 对接区域销售，梳理培训需求，制定培养计划并落实。
- 组织线上线下培训，配合总部培训体系落地及课程开发。
- 进行培训需求分析、项目设计、实施及效果评估。
- 完成上级交办的其他任务。
任职要求
- 统招本科学历。
- 具备良好的沟通与资源协调能力。
- 有大型互联网公司培训经验者优先。
- 学习能力强，热爱培训工作，责任心强。
必备技能
- 熟练使用各类办公软件。
- 具备数据分析能力。
