职位概况

为患者提供专业的肝胆外科诊疗服务，涵盖门诊、急诊、病房查房等，确保诊断准确、治疗方案合理。

主要职责

独立完成肝胆外科常见手术，包括开腹、腹腔镜及机器人辅助手术。
参与疑难病例讨论和多学科会诊（MDT），与团队共同解决复杂医疗问题。
严格遵守医疗规章制度和操作规程，确保医疗质量和安全。

任职要求

毕业于知名医学院，取得外科学（肝胆方向）硕士或以上学位。
在知名三甲医院拥有10年以上肝胆外科工作经验者优先。
熟悉肝胆外科常见疾病的诊疗规范和手术操作技术。
具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，以患者为中心提供高端医疗服务。

必备技能

开腹手术技术。
腹腔镜手术技术。
机器人辅助手术技术。
