职位概况
负责广州中心店的顾客接待与产品展示，传递On品牌故事，提供专业的运动产品咨询与服务。
主要职责
- 熟悉品牌理念，主动与顾客互动，营造热情多元的购物体验。
- 掌握产品知识，根据顾客需求提供运动方案。
- 按照陈列标准进行商品摆放、补货及季节性调整。
- 执行货品管理、收银、开关门及日常复盘等运营工作。
- 配合店长完成工作计划，参与店铺会议并提出改进建议。
- 支持社群活动的准备与接待，提升到店体验。
任职要求
- 热爱运动，有一定运动基础，乐于探索。
- 积极乐观，具备良好语言表达与沟通能力，能倾听并提供帮助。
- 能接受弹性零售工作时间，周末或节假日加班，做五休二。
- 适应快节奏工作环境，抗压能力强，具备团队合作精神。
- 有零售工作经验者优先，具备跑步、跑团、陈列或培训经验者更佳。
- 具备基本英文沟通能力者优先。
