Job description
职位概况
负责酒店整体安全保卫工作，制定并执行安全管理制度和应急预案，确保酒店财产及客人安全。
主要职责
- 组织安排保安人员日常巡逻、监控及值班，及时发现并处理安全隐患。
- 检查、维护消防设施，定期组织消防演练，确保系统正常运行。
- 处理突发事件及客人投诉，协调相关部门妥善解决。
- 对保安团队进行日常管理与培训，提升专业素质。
- 配合公安、消防等部门开展安全检查及案件调查。
任职要求
- 1年以上酒店、物业或相关行业保安管理经验。
- 熟悉安保工作流程，了解消防、治安等法律法规。
- 持有消防设施操作员证或保安员证者优先。
- 具备突发事件处理及协调沟通能力，责任心强。
- 身体健康，能适应倒班工作制，无不良记录。

- 消防设施操作员证（或同等资格）。
- 保安员证（或同等资格）。
