职位概况
我们在湖北地区招聘财务经理，负责区域子公司的全盘账务处理及经营分析，为公司决策提供数据支持。
主要职责
- 独立完成区域子公司全盘账务处理，开展经营数据分析、盈利拆解。
- 牵头年度、月度财务预算编制、分解下达，跟踪执行差异并预警。
- 负责商户往来对账、费用核对、发票开具及回款跟进，规范结算流程。
- 完成日常纳税申报、发票管理，对接税务机构，控制涉税风险。
- 统筹固定资产、库存资产盘点，落实资产监管与盘盈盘亏处理。
任职要求
- 财务、会计等相关专业，持有初级及以上会计职称。
- 具备总账全盘实操经验和完整税务工作经历，熟悉报税与发票管理。
- 有连锁零售、便利店或商户体系财务经验者优先。
- 逻辑思维清晰，数据敏感，具备跨部门及对外沟通能力。
- 工作严谨细心，原则性强。
必备技能
- 熟练使用财务软件。
- 熟练运用Excel数据透视表及函数进行报表分析。
