职位概况
负责通过电话、陌拜、渠道及转介绍等方式，邀约并洽谈意向企业客户，为其提供设备融资租赁服务，属于金融行业的高收入外勤岗位。
主要职责
- 开发中小制造企业客户，提供资金解决方案。
- 进行电话营销、客户拜访、商务谈判及合同制作。
- 推进客户管理，维护存量资产安全。
- 日常维护存量客户关系。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，专业不限。
- 1年以上销售类工作经验，优秀应届毕业生亦可（需持驾照并会开车）。
- 具备良好的沟通能力、执行力，抗压能力强。
必备技能
- 面销、电话营销经验。
- 了解融资租赁行业或具备相关行业经验。
我们提供
- 底薪8000元（试用期8折），并根据业绩每季调薪1000-2000元。
- 月度提成5-8000元，业绩突出者可达万元以上。
