职位概况
负责博世汽车转向系统（济南）有限公司新一代商用车电动化转向系统的设计与研发，带领跨学科团队实现产品创新与落地。
主要职责
- 推动电动化及高级自动驾驶转向系统的创新研发。
- 激励并管理设计团队，制定目标、评估绩效、规划职业发展。
- 依据BOSCH AS产品开发流程，指导新产品及零部件的开发、验证与发布。
- 提供产品验证（DVP&R）及客户项目获取的技术支持。
- 独立开展技术攻关，协调供应商和内部部门进行产品优化。
任职要求
- 具备机械设计或相关专业背景，拥有多年汽车转向系统研发经验。
- 熟悉产品开发全流程，能够组织团队完成从概念到量产的各阶段工作。
- 具备良好的跨部门沟通与协作能力，能够在跨学科团队中发挥领导作用。
- 具备项目管理经验，能够有效推动项目进度并达成质量目标。
