职位概况
我们是一家专注于ToB云计算SaaS模式的智能零售解决方案公司，致力于帮助零售企业实现数字化升级。现招聘区域培训师，负责区域内业务团队的培训赋能，推动人才培养计划落地。
主要职责
- 对接区域销售人员，收集培训需求，制定并落实人才培养规划。
- 组织线上线下培训活动，满足当地业务需求。
- 配合总部培训体系，推动项目落地、课程开发及数据分析。
- 开展培训需求分析、项目设计、实施及效果评估。
- 完成上级交办的其他任务。
任职要求
- 统招本科学历。
- 具备良好的沟通与资源协调能力。
- 有大型互联网公司培训经验者优先。
- 学习能力强，策划组织能力突出。
- 熟练使用办公软件，具备一定的数据分析能力。
- 热爱培训工作，责任心强，愿意长期在培训领域发展。
必备技能
- 办公软件操作能力。
- 数据分析能力。
