About the role

The Audit Supervisor/Officer will support the Regional Headquarters in delivering robust internal audit services across the region. This role combines risk‑based audit execution with data‑driven analysis to help improve governance, risk management, and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing audit programs to meet defined objectives.
• Conduct internal audits using a risk‑based approach and continuously refine audit processes and tools.
• Prepare comprehensive audit reports and present actionable recommendations to senior management.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure clear communication and implementation of audit findings.
• Perform data monitoring and analysis to identify risks, control gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Support the RHQ leader in governance, risk management, and compliance initiatives.
• Manage ad‑hoc projects and special assignments, providing timely and insightful input.

Required profile

• Degree in a related field; CPA and/or CIA certification highly preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of audit experience; experience in a Big 4 firm is a plus.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English; additional language (Japanese) is desirable.
• Strong analytical and quantitative problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective team player with strong cross‑functional coordination skills.
