职位概况
负责总部供应链库控工作，主要包括销售与订货预测、库存分析与管控、流程优化及数据分析，确保库存周转率和销售目标达成。
主要职责
- 进行销售预测、订货预测，满足需求并控制缺货。
- 分析库存，处理呆滞库存，提升周转率。
- 优化订货及逆向流程，实现流程化、自动化。
- 通过数据分析发现业务痛点，推动跨部门协同改进。
- 与内外部团队沟通，提供前瞻性计划，保障业绩与效率。
任职要求
- 商学、财务、数学或供应链相关专业学位。
- 具备数据分析能力，学习能力强，抗压能力佳。
必备技能
- 熟练使用Excel进行系统化数据分析。
- 熟练使用PowerPoint制作报告。
