职位概况
在资深建筑师指导下，负责项目方案设计、深化、优化及报审配合，参与方案沟通与汇报，确保设计质量符合规范。
主要职责
- 制定并执行方案设计计划，独立完成项目方案设计、深化和优化。
- 配合方案报审，整理归档项目资料。
- 参与方案阶段沟通汇报，控制施工配合阶段效果。
- 有效管理时间，确保图纸深度和质量符合内部管理体系及国内规范。
- 协助其他建筑师解决技术问题。
任职要求
- 建筑学相关专业，本科及以上学历。
- 3-5年建筑方案设计经验，有知名事务所或大型设计院背景优先。
- 有志于商业方向发展，参与大型项目设计经验。
- 具备较强沟通协调能力和团队合作精神。
必备技能
- 熟悉建筑设计规范。
- 熟练使用AutoCAD、Photoshop、SketchUp、D5、AI等绘图软件。
