Job description
职位概况
负责盒马区域内生鲜产品的质量控制工作，确保商品符合国家标准和公司要求。
主要职责
- 接收生鲜产品并进行质量检验和分类。
- 监控贮存环境的温度、湿度，防止食品腐败。
- 定期盘点抽检库存商品，处理不合格产品。
- 跟踪记录质量状态，为改进提供数据支持。
- 与采购部门协作，评估供应商质量体系。
- 培训仓库员工质量标准和操作规范。
- 参与制定和优化质量控制流程，提高效率。
任职要求
- 食品科学、农业工程等相关专业本科及以上学历。
- 3年以上生鲜或食品行业品质控制经验，有管理经验者优先。
- 熟悉食品安全国家标准和行业规范，具备HACCP、ISO22000等认证知识者优先。
- 具备数据分析和问题解决能力。
- 良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神。
- 能够适应高强度工作，具备责任心和抗压能力。
