职位概况
我们为高端家庭招聘一名住家教师，提供24小时陪伴与全方位生活管理，帮助孩子养成良好习惯并支持其学习与兴趣发展。
主要职责
- 全天候看护，负责孩子的个人卫生、穿衣、作息管理。
- 衣物清洗、熨烫、整理及季节性收纳。
- 保持卧室、书房、游戏区等空间整洁、消毒。
- 陪同并接送孩子参加兴趣班，与老师沟通学习进度。
- 课后进行阅读、游戏等互动，提供学习辅导。
- 策划并执行周末及节假日的教育性活动，如博物馆、科学实验等。
- 与专职司机协作，确保上下学接送及行李检查。
任职要求
- 3-5年以上高端家庭育儿保姆或全程看护学龄儿童经验。
- 幼师、学前教育、护理等相关专业优先。
- 耐心、爱心、责任心强，情绪稳定，性格开朗。
- 具备优秀的沟通、时间管理、协调及突发情况应变能力。
- 高度保密意识，忠诚可靠。
必备技能
- 良好的沟通与协调能力。
- 出色的时间管理与计划组织能力。
- 快速应对突发情况的能力。
