职位概况
负责公司全盘账务处理，编制财务报表，税务申报及成本核算，支持研发项目管理决策。
主要职责
- 处理研发支出、固定资产、往来款项等全盘账务。
- 编制财务报表及管理报表，确保数据准确及时。
- 负责税务申报、筹划及与税务机关沟通。
- 参与研发项目成本核算与分析，提供决策支持。
- 配合内外部审计，提供资料并跟进整改。
- 协助完善财务制度、流程及内部控制体系。
- 参与预算编制、执行监控及财务分析。
- 指导出纳工作，确保资金管理规范安全。
任职要求
- 会计、财务、税务等相关专业硕士及以上学历。
- 3年以上企业会计工作经验，有生物医药或高新技术企业经验者优先。
- 熟悉企业会计准则、税务法规及高新技术企业财务政策。
- 具备中级会计师职称或CPA、ACCA等专业资格者优先。
必备技能
- 熟练使用用友、金蝶等财务软件。
- 熟练操作Office办公软件。
