职位概况
负责抖音直播间的整体视觉体系搭建与优化，提升用户点击率和转化率，确保品牌形象统一且符合平台调性。
主要职责
- 设计直播间封面、主图、详情页、海报及活动物料。
- 制作直播贴片、弹窗、背景图、商品卡、利益点图等素材。
- 保证品牌视觉统一，风格贴合用户审美。
- 配合直播与活动节点，高效完成紧急设计需求。
- 参与设计复盘，依据数据优化素材点击率。
- 维护设计源文件，建立物料库提升团队效率。
任职要求
- 大专及以上学历，设计相关专业，1年以上视觉设计经验。
- 精通Photoshop、Illustrator等设计软件，能独立完成电商全品类设计。
- 有电商、直播、抖音店铺设计经验者优先，了解转化逻辑者优先。
- 审美优秀，色彩感强，排版清晰，卖点突出。
- 执行力强，能适应高强度、快节奏的工作环境。
- 沟通能力佳，能准确理解需求并稳定交付。
